Voltage Kick-Off: An Energizing Start for the Erasmus+ Project

Voltage – what a kick-off we had! In our Erasmus+ project, we are establishing 5 Centres of Vocational Excellence in the field of batteries. The project aims to increase the quality and relevance of vocational education for the emerging battery industry across Europe.

For two days, we all gathered here in Gothenburg for the first time, with 40 participants from 5 countries: Finland, Portugal, Germany, Türkiye, and Sweden. We started the kick-off with Erik Sveide from Volvo Car Sverige and Anna Cato Moe from NOVO Energy – telling us about their electrification story and what their needs in skills are. Thank you very much for an interesting story!

We also held the first Steering Committee Meeting – successful and hard working!

The main purpose of these days, was to get to know each other, create good working conditions, and, of course, to have a good time together. I think we succeeded in these ambitions.

Thank you to all participants for contributing your knowledge, experience, warmth – and humor (not least important) – to Voltage.

I’m already looking forward to the next time we meet!
